No.2729/ A1/2015 dated 18.7.2017 and order passed by the third respondent in Rc.No. 2729/A1/2015 dated 13.03.2019 and quash the same as illegal, arbitrary and non-est in law and consequently direct the respondents to promote the petitioner to the Post of Deputy General Manager notionally with effect from 1.7.2016 and grant all other monetary service benefits and arrears of pay with interest at the rate of 8 percent per annum instead of to call for the records of the third respondent made in Rc. No.2729/ A1/2015 dated 18.7.

2017 and quash the same as illegal, arbitrary and non-est in law and consequently direct the respondents to promote the petitioner to the Post of Deputy General Manager notionally with effect from 1.7.
