ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.5864 of 2025, dated 22.08.2025, wherein, the relevant Paragraph No.8(c) which reads as follows:- "8(c) that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am until further orders".

2.After hearing both sides, this Court modifies the conditions imposed against the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.5864 of 2025, dated 22.08.2025, wherein, the relevant Paragraph No.4 which reads as follows:- "8(c). that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police monthly twice i.e., on every first and last working day of English Calender month at 10.30 am for a period of four months from today."

3. The rest of the conditions in Crl.O.P.No.5864 of 2025, dated 22.08.2025, shall remains unaltered.
