ORDER
When the contempt petition is taken up for hearing, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent would submit that 1/3
the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 14.09.2024 was considered and an order has been passed by respondent in Lr.No:CE/TP-I/EE/C/EA/F.GCC II CC/D.1384/25, dt 7/10.11.2025. The letter addressed to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner is produced before this Court.

A perusal of the same would indicate a copy of this letter was also communicated to the petitioner. Therefore, the direction issued by this court in main writ petition to consider the representation has been duly considered and complied with. 3.
In light of the above, this contempt petition is closed. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the letter issued by the respondent, it is for him to challenge the same in the manner known to law. No costs.
