The Sub Application has been filed seeking to accept the cause title in the above contempt petition with the respondents 2 to 5 by their names and designation in the contempt petition. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners seek the permission of this Court to withdraw this sub application and has also made an endorsement to that effect.
3.In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, this sub application is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, the Contempt Petition is rejected at the DR stage itself.
