This matter is placed before this Court today on the basis of the letter dated 30.12.2025 received from the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court (Magisterial Level), Dharmapuri through the learned Principal District Judge, Dharmapuri and also the letter of the learned Principal District Judge, Dharmapuri, dated 06.01.2026, seeking extension of time for disposal of the cases in S.T.C.Nos.54, 55 and 56 of 2019 and S.T.C.No.10 of 2020, by a period of two months.

2. Considering the reasons stated in the letter, this Court is of the view that it is appropriate to accept the request made by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court (Magisterial Level), Dharmapuri. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
