This Writ Petition has been filed to quash the order dated 30.01.2003 passed by the 1st respondent in I.D.No.537/1999 and consequently, direct the respondents 2 and 3 to reinstate the petitioner as their employee with payment of full back wages to be computed from 13.11.1998 pertaining to his employment with the 2nd respondent.
