ORDER

This application has been filed by the applicants/petitioners to grant leave to amend the supporting affidavit and Judges Summons in A.No.4594 of 2025 by substituting the incorrect reference O.P.No.518 of 2024 with the correct reference O.P.No.573 of 2024.

2. According to the applicants, the original petition was filed seeking a grant of Letters of Administration. At the time of filing that petition, there was a clerical error. The number of the original petition was inadvertently mentioned as O.P.No.518 of 2024 instead of O.P.No.573 of 2024 in the affidavit and judges summon. Therefore, the said clerical error has to be corrected.

3. In this application there is no respondent.

4. Considering the reasons stated by the applicants/petitioners that O.P.No.573 of 2024 was wrongly mentioned as O.P.No.518 of 2024 in A.No.4594 of 2025 and considering the facts and circumstances of this case, this application is allowed.

5. To carry out the amendment and for filing the Amended Plaint Copy (APC), post the matter on 27.11.2025.
