The grievance of the petitioner is that a toilet is being constructed in the layout covered by a Layout Approval Plan of 2006. He states that the area has been reserved for construction of a park. His grievance is that the open space reserved for a park cannot be converted for any other purpose.

2. When the matter came up for admission, Ms.N.Devi, learned Standing Counsel for respondents 2 to 4 states that there is no proposal for construction of a toilet in the park. Her statement is recorded.
