This application has been filed by the applicants to grant leave to sue the respondents, who are residing outside the jurisdiction of this Court. 2.According to the applicants, they have filed the main Suit for partition as against the respondents / defendants. The properties are available within the jurisdiction of this https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
Court, however, the defendants are residing outside the jurisdiction of this Court. Therefore, the present application is filed seeking grant of leave to sue the respondents. 3.Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the above application, and the substantial part of cause of action arose within the jurisdiction of this Court, and also considering the facts and and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to allow this application.
