ORDER

This application has been filed by the applicant seeking to condone the delay of 166 days in re-presenting the Inventory Application in S.R.13554 of 2025 in O.P.No.558 of 2023.

2. According to the applicant, he is the petitioner in the main Original Petition No.558 of 2023 and he has filed the said O.P. for grant of Letters of Administration. Pending this application, the applicant has filed the present application for inventory and the same was returned for some compliance by the Registry of this Court and he is unable to re-present the same within the time stipulated and hence, the delay of 166 days had occurred in re-presenting the inventory application.

3. The applicant is unable to trace out the papers and whether they are returned or not, and thereafter, only now they came to know about the return 2 / 4

of the papers by the Registry of this Court, and in the meantime, the delay of 166 days had occurred in re-presenting the papers.

4. Considering the above said reasons and also taking into account the facts and circumstances of the case and also the number of days the delay had occurred, this application is allowed.

5. Registry is directed to number the inventory application, if it is otherwise in order and list it in the usual course. 17.11.2025 cs 3 / 4
