2.Earlier this Court had granted anticipatory bail in Crl.O.P.No. 23262 1/6

of 2024, dated 24.09.2024 to the petitioner by this Court and subsequently, on the basis of the cancellation of anticipatory bail petition filed by the defacto complainant, the same was also dismissed by order dated 08.10.2025. However, the petitioner either has to challenge the cancellation of anticipatory bail order dated 08.10.2025 or surrender before the learned Judicial Magistrate concerned and hence, I do not find any justifiable reasons to entertain in this petition.
