This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent herein to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 13.05.2025, wherein the petitioner has sought appointment of those persons who were not promoted as per the final panel prepared on 12.03.2024, in accordance with the policy.

Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the second respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 13.05.2025, seeking appointment of those persons who were not promoted as per the final panel prepared on 12.03.2024 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
