The petitioner herein apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 316(2), 318(4), 322, 336(3), 351(3) of BNS in Crime No.20 of 2025, on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement in the petition to that effect.
3. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
