ORDER

Mrs.Sneha, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, submitted that a proposal has already been sent by the first respondent with regard to the disbursal of the interest as per the orders of the Court and now the file is pending with the Government and over which the contemnors have no control.

2. In such a case, the Sub-Application filed to implead the third respondent who is the Principal Secretary to Government, has to be considered.

3. Accordingly, this Sub-Application is allowed.

4. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the above contempt petition.
