Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the second and third respondents to pass orders on the objection/representation submitted by the petitioner dated 08.10.2024 against the proposal submitted by the fifth respondent school for approval of appointment of sixth respondent in the post of P.G. Assistant (Tamil) and consequently directing the respondents to approve the promotion of the petitioner in the post of P.G.Assistant (Tamil) with effect from 27.08.2019 based on the proceedings of JudgeAdministrator, TELC dated 27.08.2019 by calling for the necessary proposal from the 5th respondent with all consequential and other attendant benefits, within a time frame fixed by this Court. ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed for direction directing the second and third respondents to pass orders on the objection/representation submitted by the petitioner dated 08.10.2024 against the proposal submitted by the fifth respondent for approval of appointment of sixth respondent in the post of P.G. Assistant (Tamil) and consequently direct the respondents to approve the promotion of the petitioner in the post of P.G.Assistant (Tamil) with effect from 27.08.2019 based on the proceedings of Judge-Administrator, TELC dated 27.08.2019 by calling for the necessary proposal from the 5th respondent with all consequential
and other attendant benefits, within a time frame fixed by this Court.
2. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the second and third respondent shall consider the objection submitted by the petitioner on the approval of the 6th respondent's appointment by the fifth respondent on merits and in accordance with law at the time of considering the proposal submitted by the fifth respondent seeking approval of the appointment of the sixth respondent, after due enquiry by giving opportunity of hearing to both the petitioner as well as the 6th respondent, within period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected WMP No.46765 of 2025 is closed.
