ORDER
The writ petitioner - a spinning mill, filed this writ petition questioning the validity of hand yard packing Notification No.16/TDRO/8/1/2000/76 dated 31.3.2000.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that at the instance of the petitioner, an order was passed by the Board for Industrial and Financial Reconstruction in Case No.229/2002 on 12.9.2013, the relevant portion of which, reads as under :
"Therefore, after taking into account the submissions made in the hearing and material on record before the Bench, the Bench came to be conclusion that the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
aforesaid reference i.e M/s. Coimbatore Popular Spinning Mills Ltd - Case No.
229/2002 would stand abated in terms of Section 15(3) of SICA."
3. In view of the orders passed by the Board for Industrial and Financial Reconstruction, nothing survives in this writ petition.
