ORDER

The petitioner has come forward with this Writ Petition praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorari to call for the records of the order passed by the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Cuddalore, made in C.M.P.No.86 of 2003 in C.O.P.No.233 of 2001, dated 15.09.2003 and quash the same.

2. It is represented by learned counsel for the respondents 1 and 2 that there are no instructions from his clients. Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 3 to 6 submitted that challenging the order of the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Cuddalore, made in C.M.P.No.86 of 2003 in C.O.P.No.233 of 2001, dated 15.09.2003, the present Writ Petition has been filed and that during the pendency of the Writ Petition, a sum of Rs.6,35,436/- has been paid by the respondents-Bank, vide Cheque No.398001, dated 14.10.2005 drawn on Cuddalore Central Co-operative Bank, Nellikuppam Branch to the complainants. The said submission is recorded.

3. In view of the above submission, nothing further survives for consideration in this Writ Petition, which is accordingly disposed of. No costs. W.P.M.P. is closed.
