This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in FIR in Crime No.120 of 2022 on the file of G6, Chithamur Police Station, Chengalpattu insofar as the petitioners are concerned.

2. When the matter is taken up today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), would submit that in this case, the investigation has been completed and a final report has been filed before the jurisdictional Magistrate in C.C.No.305/2025.

3. Recording the above submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the case in C.C.No.305/2025 in the manner known to law.
