3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Court is inclined to order this petition.

4. Accordingly this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.

Registry is directed to number the petition for condoning the delay in paying the deficit court fee, if it is otherwise in order and post the same for admission on 28.10.2025.
