This Court has already condoned the delay in representing the first appeal papers. This petition is filed to condone the delay of similar nature, however, in payment of deficit court fee of Rs.34,000/-.

2. The said court fee has also been paid and I have gone through the affidavit filed in support of the petition seeking to condone the delay and satisfied myself with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition.

3. Accordingly, the petition is ordered and Registry shall place the matter before the Deputy Registrar for numbering the appeal 4.Learned counsel for the appellant states that another appeal filed by the respondent in A.S.No.131 of 2023 is pending.
