The Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the Respondents with respect to fixing of Electricity Consumption Charges of Rs. 92,750/- towards the months of August and September 2003 in S.C.No.160, JE/Kandigai, Vengappakkam Distribution Circle, in the premises of the Petitioner in Door No-C.247, Vengappakkam Main Road, Vengappakkam, Chennai - 600 048 and quash the same and consequently direct the Respondents to restore the Electricity Connection of the Petitioner Company. 2.

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, Mr.J. Pradeep, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner submits that the relief sought in the Writ Petition has become infructuous. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the Court records.
