Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.07.2025 and consequently direct the respondents to confer time bound promotion to the petitioner as Senior Assistant Engineer - w.e.f. 28.02.2007 with arrears and monetary benefits by giving effect to G.O.Ms.No.13, Transport (C1) Department dated 14.01.2000 in the light of the order made in W.A.No.1100 of 2024 dated 12.07.2024.

This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.07.2025 and consequently direct the respondents to confer time bound promotion to the petitioner as Senior Assistant Engineer - w.e.f. 28.02.2007 with arrears and monetary benefits by giving effect to G.O.Ms.No.13, Transport (C1) Department dated 14.01.2000 in the light of the order made in W.A.No.1100 of 2024 dated 12.07.2024.

2. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 10.07.2025 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
