..Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the proceedings of the 1st respondent in its N.K.No.2719/A5/2000 dated 16.09.2003 in so far as the petitioner is concerned and quash the same and direct the respondents to continue to employ the petitioner on the same terms and conditions by safeguarding his pay and allowances and giving him job security.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Special Government Pleader for the second respondent. 2.The writ petitioner is challenging the order passed by the first respondent dated 16.09.2003 and the writ petition is pending for the past 14 years. Apart from that, there is no instructions from the writ petitioner.

3.Therefore, this Court is of the view that the writ petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the case. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
