O RDER This Writ Petition has been filed for direction directing the respondents to pay difference in pension arrears for the period from 30.09.2016 to 30.09.2017 based on increased grade pay and revised pay as per 12(3) settlement dated 04.01.2018 with 10 percent interest to the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the respondents are directed to consider the representation made by the petitioner dated 22.09.2025 seeking pension arrears and dispose of the same, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
