This application has been filed to accept the English translation of the Tamil Will dated 25.08.2008 from the Vernacular language Tamil to English filed in the Original Petition.

2. According to the applicant, he filed the original petition for grant of probate in respect of the Will dated 25.08.2008. The Will was executed by the deceased during her life time and was written in Tamil. As per law, the said Will is required to be translated into English. Accordingly, his counsel has translated the will from Tamil into English, and a copy of the Will is produced before this Court. The same may be accepted as the copy of the Will dated 25.08.2008.
