ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first

respondent to conduct an enquiry on the appeal filed by the petitioner dated 26.06.2025 and to take appropriate steps for disbursement of the balance eligible insurance claim amount of Rs.2,31,052/-, along with interest. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 and

Perused the materials available on record. 3.Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the first respondent is directed to conduct an enquiry on the appeal filed by the petitioner, after issuance of the notice to the petitioner and the counter parties, if any, and after giving them an opportunity of hearing, and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
