2/6 PRAYER Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to survey the petitioner's property in survey Number 256/7 A1 measuring an extent of 0.9.00 Ares in Patta No.1173, respectively situated at Kannankuruchi village, Salem Taluk and District fix its boundaries as per the Sale Deed No.90/1999 by obtaining adequate police protection from the 4th respondent, within the period that may be stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issue of writ of mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 to act upon the application made by the petitioner on 19.09.2025, wherein, the petitioner is seeking for the survey of the subject property and for laying the boundary stones.

3/6 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents.

3.The case of the petitioner is that she purchased the subject property through a registered Sale Deed dated 21.01.1999 registered as Document No.90 of 1999. The joint patta was also issued in Patta No.1173. The petitioner submitted an application on 19.09.2025, seeking for survey of the subject property and for demarcation of boundaries. Since the same was not acted upon, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court. 4.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the 1st and 2nd respondents to deal with the application submitted by the petitioner on 19.09.2025 and conduct the survey in the subject property based on the title deed and the joint patta that stands in the name of the petitioner and complete

4/6 the process, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. If there are any interested parties, they shall be issued notice and the survey shall be conducted in their presence. If required, it is left open to the 1 st and 2 nd respondents to take police aid from the 4th respondent. 5.This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions.
