ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Heard learned counsel for the applicant.
2. This is an application for condonation of delay of 597 days in re-presenting the appeal papers.
3. Taking into consideration the cause shown, we are inclined to condone the delay, however, with cost.
4. Accordingly, the application is allowed and the delay is condoned on payment of cost of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees five thousand only) to the Tamil Nadu State Legal Services Authority, Chennai, within fifteen days from today.
