This petition is filed to condone the delay of 4 days in filing the appeal.
Heard Mr.G.Sankaran, learned Senior Counsel appearing for Mr.S.Nedunchezhiyan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.S.Yashwanth, learned Additional Government Pleader for respondents 1 to 3.
The learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that, respondent 4 is not a necessary party and therefore, he wants to give up respondent 4.
Recording the same, respondent 4 is removed from the array of parties in the CMP as well as in the main writ appeal.
The delay is only 4 days. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 4 days in filing the appeal is condoned. Accordingly, the petition stands ordered.
