[Order of the Court was made by R.SURESH KUMAR, J.] Since some of the respondents'

present address got changed, it became necessitated to amend the cause title in respect of those respondents alone as stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. In view of the same, this petition is ordered. Since respondents 62 to 72, who stood as writ petitioners along with the present appellant, the appellant / petitioner wants to give up those petitioners from the array of parties. Hence, respondents 62 to 72 are removed from the array of parties in this CMP as well as the main writ appeal.
