ORDER

This Criminal Revision Case has been filed challenging the order dated 1/3

16.10.2025 passed in Crl.M.P.No.5783 of 2025 by the learned Special Judge, II Addl. Special Court for Exclusive trial of cases under NDPS Act, Chennai, thereby dismissing the petition filed for return of Goods Carriage-HMV AP 39 Y-9499, which was seized by the NCB, Chennai in C.C.No.637 of 2025.

2. As per the proposition laid down by the Supreme Court in Crl.Appeal No(s)......of 2025 (arising out of SLP (Crl.) Nos. 8698 of 2025) dated 27.10.2025 in the case of Denash vs. The State of Tamil Nadu, with regard to return of vehicle, the petitioner is directed to approach the Special Court to get back the vehicle as per manner known to law. Accordingly, this Criminal Revision Case is disposed of.
