ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction directing the respondents to dispose the representation submitted by the petitioner seeking to relieve him from service and to give appointment to the petitioner's son on compassionate appointment, since he lost his both eye-sight in the accident.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the nd respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
