ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a direction directing the respondent to provide the petitioner a permanent alternative employment with pay protection and continuity of service and all other attendant benefits on par with other employees, in the light of Section 20 of the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016 by sending him to medical board and considering the petitioner's representation dated 06.06.2025.

2. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the respondent is directed to consider the representation dated 06.06.2025 submitted by the petitioner seeking alternative employment by subjecting the petitioner for medical examination and, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and giving him personal opportunity of hearing, to pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.
