Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 17.06.2025 seeking to disburse the general provident fund, special provident fund and DCRG and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
