Prayer:Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ of Certiorarified mandamus to call for the records relating to the order in Tha.Vi.3/99 dated 15.02.2000 passed by the second respondent which is confirmed in C.M.A.No.(CS) 77/2000 on the file of the Co-operative Appellate Tribunal (Principal District Judge), Tirunelveli dated 12.12.2002 quashing the said orders thereby forbearing the second respondent from implementing the Order in Tha.Vi.3/992000 dated 15.02.2000.
