ORDER

This civil revision petition is filed seeking direction to the learned III Additional District Court, Coimbatore to dispose of the suit in OS No.108 of 2023, within the time frame fixed by this Court.

2. The petitioner herein instituted the above said suit against the respondent seeking recovery of advance amount paid under the suit sale agreement dated 29.01.2021. A perusal of the adjudication sheet filed in the typed set of papers would indicate that the pleadings of the parties were already completed and the suit is posted for framing issues as early as on 25.03.2025. Thereafter, there is no substantial progress. Taking into consideration that the pleadings of the parties are already completed, this court is inclined to direct the learned III Additional District Judge, Coimbatore to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.108 of 2023, as early as possible.

3. With the above direction, this civil revision petition is allowed. There shall be no order as to costs.
