2.Learned counsel for the petitioner would aver that due to accident, his wife died and due to financial constrains, a delay of 564 days occurred in preferring the above appeal.
3.Learned counsel for the 3rd and 4th respondents have got objections in allowing the above petition.
4.Accepting the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands ordered.
The interest for the delay period of 564 days is hereby directed to be waived.
