ORDER

This petition is filed to relax the condition that "the petitioner / accused shall report before the respondent police every Wednesday at 10.30 a.m until further orders" imposed by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.M.P.No.15787 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.20573 of 2025 dated 22.08.2025.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.15787 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.20573 of 2025 dated 22.08.2025 is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
