ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to set aside the order dated 23.07.2025 passed in Crl.M.P.No.2073 of 2025 in Crl.M.P.No.3365 of 2024 on the file of the Principal Sessions Judge, Salem and modify the condition that one surety should be blood relative made in Crl.M.P.No.3365 of 2025.

2. It is reported by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is involved in commission of murder offence of her husband. Hence, K.RAJASEKAR, J.

Crl.O.P.No.29328 of 2025 ssi her family members except her brother have not come forward to stand as to give a surety for relaxing her bail condition. However, the learned counsel submitted that, if one surety is ordered she is ready to execute the same. Hence, the learned counsel prays to modify the bail condition in respect of two sureties, the petitioner is ready to give one surety.

Considering the peculiar circumstances of the case, and also the submission made on the side of the petitioner, this Court is inclined to modify the bail condition that instead of executing a bond with two sureties the petitioner shall execute one surety and the same is read as follows: "that the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on her executing a bond for Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with one surety for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate Omalur."

4. With the above modification, this Criminal Original Petition stands ordered.
