O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for the issue of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to act upon the representation made by the petitioner on 09.09.2025, wherein, the petitioner is seeking for transfer of patta in his name with respect to the subject property.

2. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.

3. The petitioner is claiming to be the absolute owner of the property and the petitioner is placing reliance upon the assignment patta granted in favour of his father, the will dated 01.04.2019 and also the judgment passed in O.S.No.140 of 2014.

4. In the considered view of this Court, if the petitioner wants transfer of patta in his name, he has to submit an online application before the 2nd respondent along with all the relevant documents and particulars and on receipt of the same, the 2nd respondent shall act upon the application and take a decision on its own 2/4

merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the online application from the petitioner. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
