The Civil Revision Petition is filed challenging the docket order dated 18.09.2025 passed in unnumbered I.A. returning the application filed by the petitioner to condone the delay of 890 days in seeking restoration of H.M.O.P.No.89 of 2019, which was struck off for failure of the petitioner to pay the interim maintenance as ordered by the Court below.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that there is a discrepancy in calculating the arrears amount. He would further submit that if opportunity is given to the petitioner, he will convince the court that he had paid the entire amount.
3. In view of the said statement, the petitioner is directed to pay the entire arrears of maintenance, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order and represent the returned papers before the Family Court, Villupuram. If the Family Court, Villupuram is satisfied the petitioner has paid the entire arrears amount, it can number the petition and dispose of the same in accordance with law.
4. With this direction, the Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. 2/4
No costs.
