When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the investigation in Crime No.32 of 2017 has been completed and the final report has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate III, Vellore on 03.06.2025 and it is yet to be taken on file. 3.

In view of the above, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Vellore shall look into the same and take the final report on file as expeditiously as possible.
