O R D E R

The Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate - I, Hosur. to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.115 of 2011, within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. It is not in dispute the petitioner's son N.Prasanna Kumar @ Babu herein filed a suit for recovery of possession in O.S.No.115 of 2011 and the 1/4

same is pending.

3. A perusal of the adjudication sheet filed in the typed-set of papers would indicate that the written statement of the defendants 1 and 2 was filed as early as 15.11.2011 and the issues were framed as early as 09.01.2012 and the suit was posted for trial as early as on 29.03.2019 and thereafter, there is no substantial progress in the suit.

4. It is also brought to the notice of this Court, the sole plaintiff died and the petitioner was brought on record by virtue of order passed by the trial Court dated 25.10.2025 in I.A.Nos.7 and 8 of 2022.

5. Taking into consideration the suit is of the year 2011 and the same was posted for trial as early as 29.03.2019, this Court is inclined to direct the trial Court to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.115 of 2011 as expeditiously as possible.

6. With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
