It is seen that, earlier this Court granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.25232 of 2025 on 25.09.2025 with a condition that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.3,00,000/- to the credit of Crime No.575 of 2025, however, without any valid reason, this petition has been filed. Further, this Court after taking note of submissions made by the defacto complainant, the order has been passed. There is no reason to modify the same. Hence, this Court is not inclined to modify the said condition.
