Prayer in W.P.No.40024 of 2025: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking issuance of Writ of Certiorari, Calling for the records relating to the order dated 16.10.2025 of the 1st respondent herein in respect of the work of widening, strengthening and culvert works to the Government roads in Gingee (H) C & M Sub Division Jurisdiction (VPM 110), pursuant to the tender No.40/ 2025-2026 / HDO dated 10.09.2025 and quash the same and subsequently direct the 1st respondent to take into consideration the petitioner's bid for the said works.

Prayer in W.P.No.40039 of 2025: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking issuance of Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records relating to the order dated 16.10.2025 of the 1st respondent herein in respect of the work of widening from single lane to intermediate lane and strengthening at Km 3/4 - 6/4 of Poonnankuppam-Thuttipattu road and construction of protective wall at 4/6 including reconstruction of box culvert at 6/4 (VPM-084) pursuant to the tender No.32/2025-2026/HDO dated 30.08.2025 and quash the same and subsequently, direct the 1st respondent to take into consideration the petitioner's said for the said works.

COMMON ORDER The present writ petitions have been filed challenging the disqualification of the technical bids of the petitioner on the ground that the petitioner has not furnished required machineries with working condition.

2. Mrs.AL.Gandhimathi, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that as per the directions issued by this Court dated 24.10.2025, the respondents visited the machineries and issued necessary certificates and therefore, no further orders are necessary in these petitions.

3. Recording the said statement made by the learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner, these Writ Petitions are closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. 28.10.2025 Index: Yes/No Speaking (or) Non Speaking Order kkn 3/5
