When the matter is taken up for hearing today, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the relief sought by the petitioner pertains to Deepavali and Deepam festival of the year 2003 and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this Writ Petition. In view of the same, this Writ Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs.
