ORDER
This Court, by an order dated 05.12.2025, while allowing this Criminal Original Petition, had quashed the First Information Report registered in Crime No.24 of 2025 on condition that the petitioner shall pay costs of Rs.5,000/- to the credit of Tamil Nadu State Legal Services Authority, Chennai, on or before 23.12.2025.
2. When the matter was taken up today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the order of this Court has been complied and he had also produced the receipt for paying a sum of Rs.5,000/- to the Tamil Nadu State Legal Services Authority on 19.12.2025.
3. In view of the submissions of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that he had complied with the order of this Court, no further order is required in this petition.
