ORDER

The petitioner herein, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 27.06.2025 for the offences punishable under Sections 331(4) & 305(a) of BNS in C.C.No.565 of 2025 on the file of the Hon'ble Judicial Magistrate No.2, Nagapattinam, seeks bail. The earlier bail application of the petitioner was dismissed by this Court, vide order dated 13.10.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.27897 of 2025 for the following reasons: "Considering the fact that the petitioner is a habitual offender with eleven previous cases, and though the final report has already been filed and the same is pending before the Trial Court, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, as there is no change in the circumstances of the case." 2.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent. 3.

Considering the submissions made on both sides, the previous antecedents of the petitioner and taking note of the fact that the earlier bail application of the petitioner was dismissed on 13.10.2025, the successive bail petition has been filed immediately on 22.10.2025 without any change 2/4

of circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. 4.
