ORDER
This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.23917 of 2024 dated 23.10.2024, passed by this Court to report before the Principal Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under NDPS Act, Chennai, daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court is between 02.09.2025 and 30.10.2025. He further submitted that the final report has been filed and the same is taken on record in C.C.No.591/2024.
3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.23917 of 2024 dated 23.10.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Principal Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under NDPS Act, Chennai, twice in a month at 10.30 a.m, until further orders.
4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
