ORDER
The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 19.08.2025, for the offences punishable under Sections 61(2), 191(2), 191(3), 103(2) and 351(3) of BNS in Crime No.235 of 2025, registered on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. The earlier bail application of the petitioner was dismissed by this Court, vide order dated 10.10.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.27749 of 2025 on the following reasons: "Considering the facts, gravity of offence, the allegation against this petitioner and the fact that the investigation is pending, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner."

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent. 3.
Considering the submissions made on both sides, the earlier bail application of the petitioner was dismissed by this Court, vide order dated 10.10.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.27749 of 2025, the fact that this petition is filed without any change in circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
